Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices and inventory shown online may occasionally differ from in-store; if an item is out of stock or mispriced, we will contact you to substitute, adjust, or cancel and refund that item.
Payment and taxes. Applicable Tennessee state and local taxes are added at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order.
Returns. In accordance with Tennessee law, alcohol sales are final. Defective or damaged products may be exchanged with a receipt — contact us within [7] days.
